All original artworks are handcrafted by Prasiddhi, in Goa India. Designs may be similar but no two pieces will ever be the same, as is the nature of handmade artwork. By purchasing an original you are getting a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of artwork. Every artwork is hand signed as Prasiddhi and has a PAPERPERSONIFIED label on the back.

Below is the shipping policy for customers purchasing artwork

• PROCESSING TIME

Once your order has been placed and payment has been done, I will begin processing your order. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

For CUSTOM ORDERS, the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please contact me prior to placing the order.

 

• SHIPPING TIME

All orders are shipped through reliable courier services. The estimated time for domestic shipping is around 7-8 days and for international shipping, it is around 10-12 days.

Please note that shipping time may vary depending on destination and any custom procedures (for international shipping).

 

• SHIPPING COST

The cost of shipping will depend on the size and weight of the artwork, as well as the destination. I will provide you with estimated shipping cost at the time of the purchase.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOM OR IMPORT TAXES THAT MAY APPLY.

 

•   PACKAGING

Packaging is done with utmost care to ensure that the artwork arrives in pristine condition.

 

• TRACKING

I will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your shipment.

• LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, it may be held up in customs, so please be patient. In case of lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. If the package has been tampered with or is obviously damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, be sure to document damage before opening the package to serve as evidence in order to file your claim with the post office.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PAPERPERSONIFIED WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF THE ARTWORK WHILE IN TRANSIT.

 

 

• RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to me for any reason, for example, if the wrong address was provided, you will be notified by email.

A refund will not be issued. You are responsible for the costs associated with reshipping of the package.

 

• RETURNS

Due to one-of-a-kind nature of the work, RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Please be sure to read artwork descriptions, dimensions, and shipping info carefully before completing your purchase.

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong or defective artwork (with exception of damages incurred during transit), please let me know within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Color of the artwork may vary from what is shown online due to monitor settings; color discrepancies will not be considered an acceptable reason for a defective refund.

 

• CARE

Keep the artwork away from direct sunlight, moisture, and excessive temperatures.

Avoid hanging in the areas where condensation may occur.
